There are a lot of aspects to consider when ordering online, so we've broken down the most important items you should be aware of:
Broken / Defective Products
Any defective/damaged product(s) must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order. If you receive your product and it is broken or does not function as it should, LightBulbs.com will replace the product(s) at no charge. We will not be responsible for breakage of light bulbs shipped outside of the US/Canada.
Modifying your Order
Once your order has been transferred to our warehouse for fulfillment, we will be unable to update the shipping address, add/remove/change items on your order, or make any other changes.
Missing Orders
Any missing orders must be reported within 14 days of the order ship date for full reimbursement.
Pricing Errors
If pricing errors are discovered they will be promptly corrected and the accurate price will apply. We will notify you if the items you ordered were incorrectly priced and you will have the option to keep or cancel your order.
Pricing Discounts
When an item is listed with a "Special" or "Discounted" price, this means that the item had been selling at the full retail price; however, due to excess stock, the price was dropped, which simply forwards the savings along to the customer. This is reflected in a percentage discount and the historical retail price is displayed with a "Was" indicator before the price.
The special price applies to only the remaining stock available. If the item is listed as a Closeout item and you order more than the amount remaining in stock, we reserve the right to contact you to resolve payment on quantities exceeding the stated discounted quantity.
Backorders
When an item is not in stock, it is considered a Backorder. Backorders generally ship in 5-10 business days, but some may take longer to ship. We will do our best to communicate with you on all Backorder ETAs and you can always cancel a backorder and receive a full refund at any time.
Taxes / Fees
Sales tax will be charged to designated shipping destinations (identified at Checkout). Canadian and all other international shipments may be accompanied with Duties & Taxes at time of delivery.
Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If an order is cancelled, we will promptly refund you the entire amount from the order and we may (based on the reason for cancellation - fraudulent reasons do not apply) notify you that the order is cancelled.
