Jason Bourassa
Vice President

Who is Jason? Well, he's a mix of Michael Scott, Dwight Schrute and Jim Halpert (from The Office). Fortunately, he's avoided the characteristics of those three characters that would get him fired!

Jason has been with LightBulbs.com for 20 years and works directly with: Sales, Distribution, Customer Service, Accounting and Web Content.

For over 10 years, he has worked with both Commercial and Retail / Utility Sales Managers to ensure a seamless start-to-finish process for every customer. He works directly with Shipping / Receiving and Inventory Managers to meet daily goals, increase efficiencies and reduce costs to the end user. He draws from his previous years in Customer Service to ensure our Call Center provides the absolute BEST in service to our amazing customers, and he ensures we're always keeping our large product catalog up to date.

He has developed and overseen a streamlined multi-location customer management process as well as the pick and pack process which has led to meeting all utility partner goals.

Jason loves spending time with his wife Joy and their two kids, playing sports, travelling, watching The Office and having his heart consistently broken by the sports teams in Minnesota, especially the Vikings...

Charles Philstrom
Director of Operations

Charles oversees business operations and facilities to help protect productivity and prevent any losses. He does this by anticipating and mitigating issues that might result in downtime for employees as well as ensuring practices are compliant with applicable laws and standards. His vast array of work experience in numerous other business fields, including owning and operating his own business, have given Charles a keen eye for these critical details.

Charles works proactively to help ensure success by onboarding all new employees and assisting managers during the hiring process. He maintains current and effective safety training for all staff. When an issue presents itself during the workday that stops or threatens productivity, he is called into action to help mitigate the issue and prevent it from happening again.

Away from work, Charles enjoys time with his wife Tracy and their two kids in a variety of activities, which include going to amusement parks, camping, snowboarding, playing games, and spending time with extended family and friends. Charles loves being outside working in the yard or making home improvements; going bowling or roller-skating; and has recently started making stained glass.
Scott Moore, Director of Sales
Scott Moore
Director of Sales

Scott oversees all inside national commercial sales and Minnesota outside commercial sales. Typically, there are no two days alike and they will contain anything from lead generation, customer retention, vendor partnerships, national chain businesses and oversight on commercial products in our catalog (just to name a few). Scott is kept busy with all that goes along with a quickly growing commercial sales department in an ever-changing industry. With customer service being the highest priority, he ensures each customer is treated as a valued business partner while developing sales strategies and systems to ensure company growth does not ever add costs for our customers.

Scott has been working with LightBulbs.com since 2010 after graduating from Northwestern College in St. Paul, MN where he majored in Psychology. His favorite part of the job is the people, co-workers and customers alike; and his motivation every day is building lasting partnerships and solving problems.

Scott lives on the family farm where he and his wife Meghan (alongside their 5 children) help with farmer's markets as well as keeping honey bees. In the little free time that goes along with this, he enjoys golfing, ice fishing, and camping. Last important note: he does not like the band, Nickelback.
