I purchased several of these strings to re-use the bulbs and bases as replacements for pre-lit garland. Unfortunately the product sent does Not match the picture, they do not have the holders with the retaining clip and use the smaller size base.

As a result, I had to remove every bulb from the base, straighten the leads and replace them into the old bases. If the photo was correct I would have just purchased replacement 3.5v bulbs and saved a lot if trouble.
